Fill out the form and print the invoice (as a PDF).
Store invoice details by copying the URL or bookmarking the page.

The original codebase was lost, this is a rewrite based on a recovered cached browser html page.

• feat: Add international reference number format & barcode v5
• chore: Add CLI interface so "printed" pdf invoices can be generated. currently invoices are generated by running the web app in the browser and printing to a pdf file.
• chore: Actually use svelte 5, not 4.
• chore: Clean up dead code
