Svelte Kit and adapater-static issues with IPFS

Execute the following

yarn && yarn build && yarn serve

This will run a static server that behave like ipfs gateway

if you navigate to http://localhost:8080/ipfs/ffffff/

You ll see that the css is not take in consideration properly.
