A svelte micro-frontend for Polyglot SPA; it is a navbar element.

Running the project with npm run start serves up the main script at "http://localhost:5002/polyglot-spa-navbar.js" It is deployed using AWS at "https://polyglot-spa-navbar.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/dist/polyglot-spa-navbar.js"
