Prerequisites

• Node.js (version 14 or higher)
• npm (usually comes with Node.js)

Getting Started

1. git clone https://github.com/petermartens98/Deepseek-R1-SvelteKit-Tailwind-Chat-Template.git
2. cd OpenAI-SvelteKit-Tailwind-Chat-Template
3. npm install
4. https://platform.deepseek.com/api_keys for Deepseek API Keys.
5. create .env file in root, set 'VITE_DEEPSEEK_API_KEY
6. npm run dev
7. In browser, go to: http://localhost:5173
