Svletekit + Tailwind + Fixed Header + Bottomnav

This repo includes code to demostrate my problems creating a project with sveltekit and tailwind.

It should have a fixed header and a bottom navigation. It must work on GoogleChrome (Android) and Safari (iOS) mobile devices.
