Svelte Kit + WindiCSS + TailwindCSS + Prettier + Eslint

Changes from original svelte kit config

• Remove "type": module from package.json due to errors while trying to run eslint and reading the tailwindcss config file in svelte.config.cjs
• Remove lib folder and added components instead.
