fallout 2d20 character manager - rust edition
rebuilding the partially-functional svelte webapp in rust
many sins have probably been committed here unwittingly
this project isn't even remotely close to functional, if you can't tell what's going on and how to build/run it, you shouldn't be here
ai disclaimer
ai was used for the generation of a large bulk of this code. while I have a decent understanding of programming concepts, I don't know every language, so this is a great opportunity to see how the concept translates to a new language (in this case, rust). I still review every line of code for both validation and learning purposes. prior to 1.0, I will also be doing a full pass through the app, improving documentation and ensuring full understanding.
the db and its architecture was 100% designed and crafted by myself. the design, logic, and flow of the application was designed by myself.
