Svelte Counter app

A basic app with SvelteKit, you can add, subtract, reset the value in the counter as well as adding and deleting multiple counters and choosing a name for each of them. Deployed with AWS Amplify https://main.d2u56jyg3xz1fe.amplifyapp.com/ .
