$ npm i -g @angular/cli

$ ng new hello-angular --minimal
# choose no routing
# choose css

$ cd hello-angular
$ npm install
$ npm start

React

$ npx create-react-app hello-react

$ cd hello-react
$ npm install
$ npm start 

Vue

$ npm i -g @vue/cli

$ vue create hello-vue
# choose "defaults" from the prompt

$ cd hello-vue
$ npm install
$ npm run build

Svelte

$ npx degit sveltejs/template hello-svelte

$ cd hello-svelte
$ npm install
