1. npm install & start app with meteor
2. Either acquire an iOS device with iOS 9.x or Windows laptop with IE11 or...
3. ...Launch XCode Simulator, download iOS 9.x and launch a simulated device, or browse to MS Edge tools and download a Windows VM with IE11
4. Open http://localhost:3000 on iOS 9 Safari or IE11
5. Observe app crashing on TypeError from ecmascript-runtime-client.js
