Skeleton Template to build desktop app using Rust, Javascript and Python

Rust/ Tauri and Python is used as the backend of the app, Python is called via PyO3 for business logic. Javascript/ HTML/ CSS and Svelte are used for reactive components/ frontend UI. Python is used for its flexibility/ ease, svelte/ JS is generally mature and provide more customizability.

An example for using Vanilla JS as frontend is included in example.
