1. setup Sveltekit app
2. In the folder create folder called "flow" and add folder called "Cadence" inside that create 3 folders "contracts" (to hold flow cadence contracts), "scripts" (to hold scripts to check info of the contracts) and "transactions" (to change data in the contracts).
